Model: K6

The ultimate in '30's memorabilia! The K6 kiosk with its crown of Royal appointment is known and admired throughout the world. The sun never sets on the this iconic telephone kiosk and you will see them in far-flung lands of the former British Empire and dotted around the Commonwealth, where ex-pats and others are fondly reminded of earlier times. This is your chance to buy and own one of these cast-iron, built-like-a-battleship, kiosks with their unique image and personality. Son of the original mighty K2 first launched in the 1920's, the K6, introduced in 1935 for King Georges Silver Jubilee, is the kiosk you will still find in villages and hamlets across the British Isles and occupying prestigious locations in our towns and cities where many are protected as part of our national heritage. They are fast disappearing and we have them available for immediate delivery to destinations in the UK and shipping can be arranged to overseas. Their condition varies and is reflected in the range of prices we offer. Complete refurbishment is available, but otherwise they make a great DIY project (fancy a K6 shower cubicle or the ultimate cocktail cabinet?). Guaranteed to give you a little piece of 'forever England' on foreign soil.

Delivery costs depend upon destination (collection although possible is not recommended, as the K6 is a weighty item that needs a lorry based crane to lift them safely). Click on the link below the picture to obtain a quote for supply and delivery.

Model: K8

Return to the swinging sixties with a K8 kiosk ! Many a young maiden met their Waterloo in one of these fine kiosks, which were introduced 40 years ago as 'modern' replacements for the K6. The introduction of these kiosks also saw the beginning of the withdrawal of the old 'Button B' cash mechanism which many fondly remember as part of our telecom history. Many of these kiosks, with their K6 elders were painted glorious yellow in the 1970's, but were quickly restored to the traditional red following a public outcry. A popular conversion to a majestic fish tank of epic proportions these are a great buy. Help yourself to a bit of history, but be quick we only have a few left!
